Back Orders
 
If the item you order is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to wait for the goods, amend your order or cancel.

 

Credit Card Security
 
For your security when placing online orders all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
 
Guarantee
 
All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse and normal wear & tear).
 
Returns Policy
 
You may cancel your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery by filling the online form and obtaining a returns number. Providing we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns number and the goods are in their Original Packaging and Condition you will be refunded the price paid within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods.All returns are to be sent to Y3K (Europe) Limited at the buyers own cost and risk.
 
The following exclusions apply to the refund policy stated above: 
  • Goods that are received after the time period stated above but within30 days will be subject to a restocking charge and will only be accepted at Infinite Bargains discretion and with prior written agreement.
  • Goods over 30 days old will not be accepted for refund.
  • Goods that are not in their original packaging and condition are excluded.
  • Goods ordered by consumers returned within 7 days and complying withthe above policy will be collected free. This applies to goods sold in the UK only.
Special Order, Open Box and Ex-Demo Items
 
Please note these may be excluded from our standard guarantee and returns policy. If this is the cae you will be informed at the time of ordering and details will be shown on your invoice.
 
Faulty Products
 
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty we will repair/replace (at our discretion) the product.
 
Please fill out the online form to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number so that you can send the faulty product back to us.
 
The Returns Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the goods you return, a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
 
All returns are to be sent to Infinite Bargains at the buyers own cost and risk. The cost of returns to Infinite Bargains is not covered by the product warranty. Goods that are being returned to customers will be carriage free to UK addresses only.
 
Returns procedure
 
If you would like to make a return, please complete the online form to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods,a copy of your invoice must also be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number or copy invoice will not be accepted.
 
The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Infinite Bargains and for providing proof of delivery of such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the Product warranty.
 
Privacy Policy
 
We do not disclose your information to third parties unless specifically linked to your order, for example, to inform a third-party of your address for goods delivery purposes.
